Program in detail
Day 01: Arrive – Nairobi
Arrive at the JKIA where you will be met by our representative. After a short briefing you will be transferred
to Ibis Styles Hotel in the heart of Westlands, Nairobi city.
Meals on own arrangements.
Overnight at ibis Styles Hotel.
Day 02: Nairobi – Aberdare National Park
After breakfast, you will check out and drive to Aberdare National Park. This drive will take you through the rich agricultural farms of central Kenya.
Arrive for lunch at Aberdare Country Club.
After lunch you will be transferred to The Ark Lodge. Afternoon tea/coffee at the Tree Lodge.
The Ark is designed with numerous viewing decks, balconies and lounges that allow you to watch animals visiting the waterhole and salt lick. A ground level viewing area provides excellent photographic opportunities and a floodlit waterhole allows all-night game viewing.
Dinner and overnight at the Ark Lodge.
Day 03: Aberdare – Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, you will check out and drive to Aberdare Country Club to pick-up your baggage then proceed to Lake Naivasha.
This drive will take you through the famous Thompson Falls where you will stop for photography.
Arrive for check-in at Naivasha Kongoni lodge where you will have a rest before lunch.
Afternoon at leisure for optional boat ride.
Dinner and overnight at Naivasha Kongoni Lodge.
Day 04: Lake Naivasha – Maasai Mara Game Reserve
After early breakfast at the lodge, you will be driven to Masai Mara, the most famous game Reserve in Kenya.
Arrive at Mara Empiris Camp to a warm welcome, a cold towel and enjoy a welcome drink as you check in.
Buffet lunch will be served for guests at the Camp. After lunch you will have time to relax.
Proceed for your first game drive in this world famous game reserve, known for its many species of wildlife.
Dinner and Overnight at Mara Empiris Camp.
Day 05: Maasai Mara Game Reserve
You will be woken up this morning to lovely African sunrise and at the lobby coffee, tea and cookies will be
ready for you. Drive off to another adventurous safari drive-in search of wild animals.
Enjoy your buffet breakfast after the gamedrive.
Mid-morning at leisure for optional visit to the Masai village
Lunch will be served in the restaurant after which you will have time to rest before the evening safari.
Widely considered to be Africa’s greatest wildlife reserve and the jewel in Africa’s crown, Maasai Mara is
home to a spectacular array of wildlife. The open savannah, woodlands and tree-lined rivers create an eco-
system that supports huge numbers of bird and mammal species. The western border of the park is the
spectacular Siria Escarpment, dotted with acacia trees, creating scenery of stunning beauty.
Lions are found in abundance throughout the park, as well as Elephant, Giraffe, Zebra, and a variety of
Gazelle species. Cheetahs are regularly seen and, with luck, you may also find Rhino and the elusive Leopard.
Overnight at Mara Empiris Camp.
Day 06: Maasai Mara – Nairobi – Depart
You will have an early breakfast and depart Mara for Nairobi. Lunch on your own arrangements.
Later transfer to the Airport for your homebound flight.
